Fair
The location is a walking distance from the beach and different shops. The food was nice and the staff in the restaurant was really friendly!
They are not looking fully after requests, especially if you are with a toddler and you request an early check-in. The receptions S was not even trying, and the only remark is like "we are a 3 star accommodation."

The staff were very pleasant and the overall cleanliness was good

SILVIA IN RECEPTION IS THE KINDEST PERSON IN THE WORLD, For just her kind attitude we would stay coming here forever!
We loved Silvia at reception & Ricardo from the animation team. both of these people were responsible for making our stay so amazing.
The mattress on beds was very dirty, only one person working the bar at a time which made it very difficult to use the all inclusive drinks option, sometimes we had to wait 20 - 30 minutes for 2 drinks per person. One extra bar person would have made a HUGE difference.

Fab short break with everything we needed!
I loved the location! Food was lovely and varied every night. Easy to get around. Staff were kind. Reasonably priced. They even left a birthday card and bottle of wine for my mums birthday which was a lovely touch!
The rooms weren’t very sound proof. If anybody was walking around or talking outside or in their room, you could hear them.
